Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, or ordering the wrong phone model.

However, we’re always here to help if your order arrives with an issue.

Start a Return (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thatsreallymine.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
